ORDER STATUS
     
Is there a minimum purchase amount?
No. You can easily place an order without having to think about a minimum order amount.
     
Grace period
The order has a 24/48 hr grace period due to the pending order verification and credit approval where the order can be cancelled for a full refund no questions asked. After the 24/48 hr grace period all sales are final and only an exchange or store credit will be accommodated. Since most of our goods are hand finished and/or made to order, please allow 5-10 business days for shipment.

Has my order shipped?
Click the "My Account" link at the right hand side of our site to check your orders status.

How do I track my order?
Click on the "My Account" link at the right hand side of our site will take you to a list of your orders. Click on your current order to be sure that your order has shipped already.and click on tracking number to track your order.

My order never arrived.
Click the "My Account" link at the right hand side of our site to track your order status. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service at info@richkidsofficial.com for assistance.

Part of my order is missing/Wrong item in my shipment.
If an item is missing from the parcel although it is stated on your delivery note, please contact Customer Service. Please state your order number and the item number or product name of the missing item and we will of course help you.Please contact customer service at info@richkidsofficial.com for assistance.
      
   
SHIPPING

  • Domestic orders of less than €100.00 will be shipped at a flat rate of €8.00.
  • All orders over €100.00 are sent signature required. 
  • All domestic orders are shipped via courier. The shipping rate is €8.00. Different shipping rate depending upon quantities, but approximately €16 within 20 kg.

  • Please allow 5 -7 business days for order processing and verifications, and an additional 7-10 business days for domestic delivery. Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered business days. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
  • International orders of all snapbacks are at a flat rate of approximately €40 for regular UPS international shipping (5-7 business days) and €50 for UPS Express shipping (3-6 business days) that might be different for quantities up to 3 pieces. Please note we can not guarantee delivery times. Once the package is out of our hands we can not be responsible for the time it takes to arrive to you. We can only estimate based on usual conditions. Times may be longer due to weather, customs clearance times or other unexpected delays.
  • Please allow extended shipping periods for destinations outside of the major markets.
  • Please be aware that most of our snapbacks are made to order. The length of time it takes to actually ship varies depending on our queue at the time of purchase. We do our best to ship out orders within 2 business days. Please contact info@richkidsofficial.com for more specific "ready to ship" times or if your order is time sensitive.
  • If you are planning a trip or will only be at an address for a limited time, please let us know in advance (info@richkidsofficial.com) so we can advise you if the item can arrive in time. If you do not inform us, and an item is returned, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to re-ship item. There will be no refunds on return to sender items. Once the package is out of our hands we can not be responsible for the time it takes to arrive to you. We can only estimate based on usual conditions. Times may be longer due to weather or other unexpected delays.
  • International orders will be subject to customs/duties charges. RICHKIDS is not responsible for customs/duties charges. These costs are determined by your local customs office. RICHKIDS cannot determine the cost of these charges in advance. RICHKIDS tries to minimize these charges by listing the wholesale cost of your package on the commercial invoice rather than the retail value. This provides the customs agents with a true, legal value, while minimizing your costs.
  • You will be asked to provide a telephone number on the shipping page of checkout, which is important in the event the courier needs to arrange a delivery time with you. You will also be asked to provide an email address, to which we will send confirmation that your order was placed.
  • Please check back with us periodically for any updates regarding our shipping policies.

    RETURNS

    • Because most of our goods are hand finished and/or made to order returns are accepted on unworn, defective items only. Prior to returning an item, please contact us at info@richkidsofficial.com for an Return Authorization. Any items returned without an RA will not be refunded or credited. 

    • There are no refunds on refused or return to sender items.
